Replicate runs in DoE model
Hi, I have created a custom DoE design in JMP and specified to have 3 replicate runs in the section Design Generation. However, after making the design I can only find 2 identical runs. Why so?
Find courses, tutorials, and lots of other methods of learning JMP.

Dear community,i am using a cubical scheffe polynomial to model my system and i am having difficulties interpreting the analysis for one response. I am posting my analysis results for you to look at. Thanks in advance for your help. This are estimates for the parametes and the effect testsI have a very high r^2 which made me even more suspicious. r^2= 0.999 and of course very small residualsFinally...
hii I am interested in designing an Non-Inferiority Clinical experiment. Is it possible to do in JMP pro 15?Thankst.
Hello,I wonder if somebody has encountered similar issue and have a way around it.You responses / comments /suggestions / critique are very much appreciated! I am using regular JMP 17 (not PRO).
I am trying to create a space filling design with 14 factors. Some are continuous, some are discrete numeric, some are categorical. There are 5 disallowed combinations. When I put everything in, only "Fas...
I have done a DOE and developed a LMS model and NN model for prediction purposes. On a new tool we ran some tests and noticed a slight shift, now I would like to build on previous interactions we already discovered but add the appropriate shifts to improve the predictions. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to build a DOE with 6 factors, discrete and continuous, the discrete have different levels (mostly 3 and 4 levels). I have 2 questions, 1 of the 6 factors depend on 2 of the other factors (example a distance (xo) depends on the angle (theta) and another distance (yo). I've been messing around with "Define a Constraint" and a lot of googling but still can't figure it out. Any advice? Th...
When designing dsd with 49 factors and 4 additional runs. Why do I get 109 runs and not 105 runs?
If I open a file via open("filename"), the command returns a reference to the data table which can be used as dt = open("filename");If I trigger open viadt = Main Menu("open")it doesn't return a reference to the data table. In general, is there a way, when triggering a command from the Main Menu, to get the return value?e.g. a reference to a data table for a user defined file loader - or an error ...
hi,I have got an add-in from https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMPer-Cable/Who-what-why-and-how-Tools-for-modeling-and-visualizing/bc-p/624293#M842 to implement floodlight analysis through Johnson-Neyman Plot. according to the table of the example from the linkage above; what does "_c" mean? such as "meaning_c" and overwhelming_c"? focus on my own study, I got a moderator called "SE" which is a contin...
Related to the previous post How to get "Effect size" column with Response Screening functionality , I am also wondering how effect size in the response screening platform is calculated, specifically for categorical Y vs continuous X. JMP help shows: "When Y is categorical and X is continuous, the effect size is the square root of the average ChiSquare value for the whole model test." Running b...
We want to rank the preference of population of animals for n different recipes. Recipes are tested in two-choice assays, where groups of over 100 individuals can choose one choice or the other. Preference for the group is computed as a preference index, a continuous variable that is between -1 and 1. Is there an experimental design that would help reduce the number of combinations to test in ord...
