Hi Folks,I'm at a loss. My experiment is cells with 4 different treatments and over the course of 5 time points. I have 5 biological replicates of this experiment. The script doesn't return data for one of my treatments. They are called: Control, Catalase, LewisA, LewisX.I'm not even sure what information I should share. Please help. Thanks in advance. Fit Model(

Dear All,
I am planning to build an RSM to optimize my method. I have 8 continuous factors, 1 categorical factor, and 2 responses. The levels of each factor were determined according to previous experiences of the team. I have no idea if there are interactions between factors or not. I can not identify the source of noise and I am planning to randomize. After I did some research, I think the most s...
I tried this JSL,column("")<<Set Display Width(50);but it does change the width of the column. It does not change the number of characters displayed.
Thanks!
Hi, I have a column transaction date and need to transform it to the date of Monday in that week. I figured out the below formula and could reach to the right date I need. However it automatically became a character format and no matter how many times i switch it to nominal format it kept changing back to character. Does anyone know why? Thank you!

Use case: 35,000 defects detected by a machine on one wafer. An operator samples 1500 images and sorts them into 10 categories. The percentages of the defect categories are meant to reflect the defects in the population of 35,000. In this case 1500 images were used but what happens when the 5000 images are used? What does that do to the confidence intervals on the proportions. As the sampling gets...
I have a fairly ugly request from a user that I am hoping has a simpler answer than what I am thinking. I have an exploratory analysis dashboard that generates around a few dozen graphs based on some choices in a filter. Mostly graph builder objects but also runs a process screening as well. What they would like is for the window of graphs to be repeated over and over again for each possible o...
In Biology (Plant Sci. and Agriculture) usually we have sub-sampling data for replicates. It's very difficult to analyze these data in commonly use Stat S/W (SPSS/Minitab) because MSS(Error) is calculating wrongly. Without taking averages of samsamples, the easiest S/W for this is using JMP and I need some assistance for this. I've found very useful Youtube video about subsampling in JMP (CRD: S...
