Eliminate empty rows from a script

I have a script that builds a second script inside a JMP table, copies that and pastes it to a JMP script window to make a functional script. Because of the nature of how this is achieved, I get a lot of empty rows in the finished script and I'd like to eliminate those. Reformat doesn't do the trick and my attempts at REGEX and GLOBALREPLACE also fail. Anyone succeed with this? I looked in here...

Fill in column values based on a sequence creation relying on table values

I have a process data table including Start timestamp and End timestamp. I would like that the duration of the process is calculated from the timestamps, and then additional rows are added .Column values of start timestamp are added by increasing the time by 1 minute till the End time is reached. All the other values in the table should be just copied to the next row.

I was able to invoke csv files and concatenate them to a JMP table. I added some editing (modify column names, add column names, etc). I want to invoke another user defined csv file as another jmp table and extract information from that to add to the first concatenated JMP table
