  • how to count the frequency of error code in a column in a data base

    Hello,

I am trying to create a Pareto diagram in JMP, but in my data table, I don't have the frequency of code errors (which are defined as a list of integers from 0 to 1010). I am looking for a way to count these directly in JMP as a new column.
I found the "Row > Count" function in the formula section, but I don't know how to use it

    Best regards,
    Thank you.

  • Saving entered Profiler Remember Setting in Model Script

I am using the Reliability Growth Model (JMP 16.2.0) and entering ~20 unique values in the Cumulative Events Profiler using the Remember Settings feature. Unfortunately these values do not save with the Reliability Growth JSL script, so each time I re-open the model I am forced to manually enter the 20 values all over again if I desire to compare values-a necessary part of my analysis.  Is there a...

  • Automatically Resize Column Widths in a results display

    Hello,

I have an issue with my results display: every time I change sizes or there is a long name, the display gets deformed. Therefore, I would like to know if there is a method to automatically resize column widths.

    Thank you.

  • Fetch data XML to JMP

Hi, I am trying to fetch weather data form XML (Finnish weather service - https://en.ilmatieteenlaitos.fi/open-data-manual-fmi-wfs-services) to JMP in a way that the user could define the time period. My code does not work, I always get the "Invalid HTTP request state" error message. // User-defined start and end dates (modify as needed) startDate = "2024-07-10"; endDate = "2024-07-24"; // Constr...

    Hello,

I'm formatting decimal numbers in a loop, and it works on the first row but the 2nd row and thereafter it throws a type error

for each row(my_data, :my_col = Format( :my_col, "Fixed Dec", 16, 3, "Use thousands separator"); );Error: <Column "my_col" changed to type Character to match formula.>

First row everything formats fine but I can't seem to figure out why it fails after.

  • How to apply a formula to all columns in another table?

I am trying to take a table and apply a moving average to every function to every column. The script below is what I am trying, based on what I saw in another thread here. The goal is to make a new table and then apply the function while referencing the original. However, I keep getting a scoped data table access error.   Test = Open("C:\Users\abrokaw\Desktop\JMP MA Test Table.jmp"); //open value...

The problem I am having is that when I execute the combined script, the outer H Splitter Box ignores <<Set Sizes and...
