  • Select middle 90% range using quantiles

I have a Numeric Continuous column labeled as Height with several hundred height values. I want to exclude outliers by just using the middle 90% range of data. I am trying to script it in JSL by selecting all rows below 5% quantile and above 95% quantile and then exclude them. But I am not able to make it work by using script below. • Nominal Logistic Regression question re: the Save Probability Formula

I am trying to develop a model to predict whether a tree will live or die over a 25 year period given some environmental attributes associated with each tree.  I ran the Nominal Logistic Regression model, which showed that the Prob>ChiSq for each attribute was < 0.0001, which would seem to suggest that the environmental attributes could be used as a good predictor.  Wanting to see how good of a pr...

  • Could Screening design used for 1 continuous factor, 7 other categorical factors, and 1 categorical response?

I would like to evaluate the influence of 8 factors on the response. There are 1 continuous factor, 7 other categorical factors, and 1 categorical response, and 2 of the categorical factors have 4 levels, one of the categorical factors has 8 levels. Can we use the classic screening design method to design experiments? We want to know the most influential factors among the 8 factors, where we could...
