IF statements basic question

Hi, I am working with data that looks like this. I want to create an IF statement in a new column, saying that if the DOW (Day of week) is Mon, it should input the value in Column "T-28", if Tue, then input the value in "T-12" etc etc. How do i do this? IF(DOW=="Mon",???)

Help with graphing ELISA data

Hey guys, I just started using the JMP pro 14 software on a mac and an still trying to figure out how to use the software. I'm trying to get my ELISA data to resemble the attached graph. I cant seem to figure how out to group my data in such a way and am wondering if its even possible.

is there a way to color a contour plot with a category of data?

I'm creating a contour plot with 3 groups of numerical data. I also have categories that these different data are grouped into. Is there any way to create a custom color scheme that follows the categories of data in the groups assigned so that I can see where the categories sit in this contour of the three numerical series?

adding post-hoc groups to plots

Is it possible to add letters to plots to signify post-hoc (e.g., Tukey's HSD p<0.05) differences?
