Hi, Please could I get some help understanding power analysis? I have 2 treatments with 6 pen replicates. I have ran an ANOVA which has showed the P value of 0.1, SEM= 0.011. Default color for connected means lines

In variability gauge charts, the connected means lines default to a blue color. Is there any ways to make the default color black? I've looked through the Preferences window, and I'm only able to find how to do this in Fit Y by X graphs.

I'm involved in a project where we are applying lasso to build a logistic regression model from a "black box" set of predictors. I need to get JMP Pro before trying out JMP's implementation. I'm doing all the analysis in R at present. Does JMP Pro also include group lasso? How to compare significance of different between 2 linear lines

Hi. I have 2 linear lines plotted, which is an chemical concentration changes (ideal vs actual case) against work duty cycles, and I found 2 linear did not overlay each other. How to use JMP analysis to show both trends has significant difference or not? Thank you.

Calculating Day 1 Baseline

Hi I have a Result for Day 1 for some subjects. For each subject, I would like to use this as a baseline and subtract it from subsequent days.I can calculate the baseline if I sort the table on Day (see the screenshot), but this is not a solution, as I need to be able to sort the table on other fields. Colored Bars in Tabulate Chart

Is there a way (I am hoping via scripting) that will allow me to color the bars in the chart of a tabulate window. Also, is there way to get rid of the red dots in the background. This chart is a much nicer way of displaying some data, but it is not very customizable.Tabulate Chart
