filename from character variable?

I want to save a Summary table with the data filename concatenated with "Summary", for example, if Data.jmp is the data, I want the Summary command output file to be named:
Data Summary.jmp What I tried was:
dt=current data table();
dname = dt << Get Name;
sname= dname || " summary";

That successfully produces the string I want for the filename. But when I try to name the output of the Summary command using:
output table name( sname )

the output file is named sname just as if I had said:
output table name("sname")
Any advice? I use JMP7

Re: filename from character variable?

Good idea, but I tried that and got the table with name of: char
Thanks for the idea though.

Sorry, Should've tried it before posting. That actually works in some of my other programs, though.

I tried this, and it works:
