I am unable to find any reasonable resources on how to use the 'Degradation' feature of JMP. In older versions (and 13), I've simply been using Fit X by Y and performing linear regression with 95% confidence intervals shown. I have a set of data where I want to perform a three-way ANOVA in JMP. My experiment has three factors (A, B, C) with response (Y). Each factor has two levels (-1, 1) and two replicates are run.
