controlling for site clustering

A large data set of >200,000 patients is from 125 hospitals. I am analyzing difference in outcomes ( mortality ( nominal) and Length of stay ( continuous) based on admission source. The other predictor variables include age, diagnostic categories, severity of illness score etc. I need to account or site clustering. I can do this by adding site ID in the Fit model...I can make it into random effect...

DOE testing - query on settings to reach a specified target

Hi all. I am currently working on a DOE assignment. One part of the question relates to getting the settings for 4 factors to achieve a target distance within a range of x +/-5cm. I believe I should be able to achieve this through the profiler but I cannot figure out how to achieve this. Can you offer me any advice in relation to this? It would be greatly appreciated. If I have years of historical daily (even hourly) environmental data which includes temperature, humidity, pollution, etc, would JMP be able to help spot a pattern leading up to rainy days? Where did the variability chart toolbar item go and how to get it back please?

Do "work" when you select an item in the Data Filter

Tablebox <

Using JMP 12.x, I noticed that: tablebox() <<sort by column does sort the column fine, but it does not seem to preserve any existing cell coloring post row sort. Is there any way to force it to preserve the existing cell colors post row sorting?
