Can I define/constrain number of runs for each level of a categorical factor in custom design?

Dear JMP community, I am in the processing of exploring the JMP and trying to make it work out a custom design for a bioprocess involved with 3 continuous factors and two categorical factors and some factor constrains. Data Table Name disappears on Save

On saving a data table using Save(directory), the data table gets saved but as ".jmp", i.e. with an empty name. I tried to use "close(dt, save(directory))", but that resulted in an error message (I/O problem) and no save at all.To understand if this was an issue with the data table I opened up Big Class.jmp, renamed it and then tried to save it the same way. Jmp drops decimals when importing scientific or percentage number format for Excel

How can JMP 16 be set so that these two phenomena do not occur?

After I use JMP 16 (Win10 64-bit), the following phenomenon did not appear in the previous version:
1: open the JMP file containing JSL security warning, can not find the Settings to cancel the warning.
