  • DOE Screening

I have a 5 Factor Placket Burman Screeening DOE. After the runs, it turned out that 2 of the runs are absolutely not good for the design and therefore should be removed before analysis. I do have results for the rest of the other runs. Could you help me with how to change my already generated design table so that I can get a correct analysis in the statistical analysis. Do I just click the undesir...

  • How to calculate a sample size for Equivalence tests & Variance comparison for 3 groups?

I whould like to determine the sample size per group to perform a variance comparison test and an equivalence test for 3 independent groups.JMP 16.0 propose an option but only for 1 or 2 groups. There is a manner to "extrapolate"  the results to the 3rd group? @Mark_Bailey , Florence Kussener gaves me your name, could you help me? Thanks!!

  • Problem with Full-Factorial Design (Mixed-Model) add in result

Hello, I have a problem with this JMP add in  (Repeated Measures Full-Factorial Design Mixed-Model) result. In fact after running the model there is no estimation of the statistics given the data I have (see image below). It is very strange because I run the same model with similar data and I don't have this experience. Thank you in advance for the helpThe context is: two different groups in which...

  • Reference lines

HiI'm making graphs for every column of my data sheet using a for loop and I have 2 rows in my table that have the tolerance for every parameter (=column). I'd like to add those tolerances as reference lines like this : {Add Ref Line( {}, "Solid", "Gray", "", 1, 0.25 )}    but I don't know how to refer to my tolerance lines in those {}.Any help would be appreciated

  • Is SVEM appropriate for a 6 factor (continuous) optimization study?

In last discovery summit there was a great presentation where SVEM was succesfully used for process modeling with a limited #runs; would this also work for buiding a 6 factor RSM starting from a 17-run DSD? In another presentation a 31-run OMARS was proposed for this 6-facor RSM, is SVEM a good alternative?

  • Validate column values (make sure all values in column follow a specific pattern)

Is there a better way rather than iteration of all the rows to validate values in column? Let's say before making something with the column I want to make sure that all values in column match specific Regex. Like so:!IsMissing(Regex(Column(myColumn)[1], "^\w+(\d{3})\w+$", "\1"))I can iterate through each row to make sure that all of them match, but maybe there is a better way?

  • Friedman post hoc analysis

Hello, I am trying to do a matched sample analysis across three different factors. I wanted to:1. Confirm that my sample would be what I pick for 'Block" when I do Fit Y by X when running Friedman's test2. Is there a post hoc analysis in JMP that I can use? I dont see Nemenyi or Conover as an optionThanks for your time.

  • JMP script: Script Alarm Control chart- Table with atypical batch number and values

Hello everyone,I am trying to make a table with the OOT (out of Trend) batches with their respective "atypical" values.I used for that the "script alarm" function as I could found some exemples on the JMP community. Here is my script:  z_KSigmaZ =1.4; // Création de la Carte de controle si N catégories > 5 Names Default To Here( 1 ); If(N Items(Associative Array(:"RNS/NS tordu (srg)")) > 5, Gr...

  • How to create a graph builder box plot with mean values, and including the "group X" variable in the legend

I'm using JMP 16.2.0 and I'm trying to automatically generate a graph builder with box plots and their mean values with the group X variable as the color. I'm using a bar chart with style=floating to display the mean value (inspired by this topic)My current graph:This is almost what I want, except for a few things.1. I'd like the Group X variable (Recipe) to be visible in the legend as well. One w...
