Problem with Full-Factorial Design (Mixed-Model) add in result

Hello,

I have a problem with this JMP add in  (Repeated Measures Full-Factorial Design Mixed-Model) result. In fact after running the model there is no estimation of the statistics given the data I have (see image below). It is very strange because I run the same model with similar data and I don't have this experience. Thank you in advance for the help

The context is: two different groups in which I have to compare a response Y collected at the same time in different locations

Have you contacted the author of this add-in for help and support?

Notice that the degrees of freedom for the denominator in the test of the parameter estimate are all zero in this case.
