How to select an active tabulate window to make into data table

Hi All; I am trying to script the "Make Into Data Table" functionality into a toolbar icon (for quicker access and shortcut capability). However, I am unsure how to select an active "tabulate" window to apply the function to. I assumed doing something like in the image below should work but I have been unable to, unfortunately. There should be an easy solution but I have not been able to find it!
