confidence interval for neural network profiler

Hi All, How can I see the confidence interval in neural net profiler?I tried saving the bagged mean in the profiler menue, but when I click on graph>profiler I get too many factors.See attached file. Thank you very much,Eldad

Making heat map- How do I define the values for each color in the gradient?

So I am making a heat map, and my color gradient goes from green, to black in the center, to red. I would like to customize my gradient so that the black extends from exactly -1 to +1. My data set range is -2 (green) to 7 (red). So with me wanting the black area to extend from -1 to +1, this makes the gradient lopsided with the red area being much longer, which is fine. DF and Lost DFs

Good evening all,I have this error has shown in the image attached especially for effect of species in the image which shows zero. I have looked at previous questions addressing this but it doesn't seem to clarify my issue. Why would it recognise a Nparm but fail to recognise the DF? Also, why the Lost DFs error?

Interactive HTML files: Can I link them to the data in my JMP database?

Is there a way I can link a HTML file to my JMP table? Namely, every time the data in the JMP table are modified, the HTML file will be updated as well.In case this is not possible, is there a different tool for (1) sharing files (e.g. histograms) with someone who does not have JMP on their laptop and (2) make sure these files are updated as the data in the (main) JMP table are modified? Thanks!

Can we use Recode to classify values as missing values

1)I want to classify negative values as missing values. Can we use Recode to accomplish this. If yes, how can we do it? I can create a new formula column while using Recode. I see it as a two step process. I was wondering if this could be accomplished in a single step.2) If we use data filters, can recode be used in the subset of the filtered data with out affecting the rest.

separating labelled values from graph points

I have looked in the scripting help section and all over this community and haven't found a solution for my problem so hopefully someone can help. Expand Contours

Hi,

I understand that the contouring is done based on triangulation to data points, but is there a method for expanding them further to fit a custom SHP file I've imported into JMP? I've already set the alpha and the lowest value so the contour should cover the, 'most', area. Any other methods? Thanks!
