secondary x axis graph builder
I was wondering if it would be already possible in graph builder to add a secondary X axis in jmp16? Thanks SC

Hi members, I am trying to do a custom main effects screening design using JMP 16. I have five factors and one of the factors is categorical with 4 levels. The custom design generates a 16 run experiment and I was wondering if it's necessary to add center points to the study? I am only interested in determining the factors that matter and which of the 4 categorical variables I should use for an RS...
I’m still waiting to have JMP installed but was curious if SAS Transport V8 files can be used with JMP (or JMP Clinical)? And is so, how the performance is.
Thanks!
hey, is it possible to join tables not with equal sign (=) but with like method (%) or something similar?
for example: in one table I have column of names, in the second table I have column of parts of those name and i want them to match
"america"--> "ame", "eric" ect...
Hi, I would like to join two data tables via the 'join' function in JMP. I would like to join them based on time and reactor number. However, this is not working as the column 'time' has 8 decimals in one of the data files and the other one zero decimals.(How) would it be possible to match time on the closest matching point and reactor number exactly?I've already found some older discussions abou...

Dear Community, For the process performance reports my colleagues and I create via JMP, we include a Levey Jennings control chart figure. We create this figure using the "Analyze"->"Quality and Process"->"Control Chart"->"Levey Jennings"-tool Oddly enough, even tho we specify the specification limits for the column(s) (and check the "show as Graph Reference Lines"), the figure will only show the c...
I have a lot of data (> 6,000) in one column for many different products. In another column I have product name and, in total, 12 different products covering these > 6,000 data.In graph builder I can make a basic histogram of all data and then use local data filter to see a histogram of the data only for the product selected. This works nicely but is incomplete because I want to view each histogra...
I have financial panel data and would like to hold dummy time variables fixed as I regress the other independent variables to test my model's significance. Not sure how to proceed. Is this function only available in SAS? Thanks
I have looked in the scripting help section and all over this community and haven't found a solution for my problem so hopefully someone can help. I have a graph containing two trend lines and a bar graph and want to label the values of each point but when I set the labels both values show up on each trend line and I can't figure out how to separate the labels. I tried stacking the labelled column...
Hi,
I understand that the contouring is done based on triangulation to data points, but is there a method for expanding them further to fit a custom SHP file I've imported into JMP? I've already set the alpha and the lowest value so the contour should cover the, 'most', area. Any other methods? Thanks!
I am fitting a model of a continuous response against 7 fixed effects. When running the Standard Least Squares; my residuals plots/assumptions checks don't look too bad but the Durbin Watson test is suggesting an AR(1) structure in the residuals. This is expected for this particular analysis and is consistent with other data sets looking at the same response/factors. The Time Series platform also ...
Hi,I want to export the prediction formula generated by Functional Data Explorer either to Excel or Python (via Formula Depot), but there is a problem because the formula contains P Spline Coef() interpolation, which I think is not available in Excel or in Python libraries. Do you have any suggestions how to solve this?Best regards
