  • How to make a line plot overlay instead of the dot plot overlay in JMP?

  • Finding the mean, sigma, or median for a column certain conditions

    Hi all, I'm trying to find the mean, median and sigma for a column with certain conditions.   • Interactive binning > how to jitter points ?

    In the Interactive binning interface, in the bottom section (plotting points distribution),how can I specify that jitter type ? I know it's feasible, because it used to be jitter "packed" (i.e mandolin graph), but the default jitter looks to be a "uniform" jitter which is less useful for interactive binning.

  • Dendrograms in JMP: show scale, show categories without the categories dendrogram and setup UPGMA+dice as statistics.

    HiDoes anybody know how to get the scale of the dendrograms? Scale can be setup in different ways, but it is not shown by default in the output.Does anybody know how to get the categories labels shown without performing the categories dendrogram?Does anybody know how to perform Dice+UPGMA dendrograms?
