Do you know if JMP has any option to do a non-parametric kind of 2way Anova/mixed model analysis with the option for multiple comparisons and an adequate adjustment? I have data of a rather dichotomous character which can’t be transformed into a Gaussian distribution and would therefore violate the assumptions of a regular ANOVA/mixed model analysis. I have measured Bilirubin at 5 Endpoints (28d,...
Hello,I have been mystified by the Split-platform (Table -> Split). I think that with some conditions, splitting does not work correctly. I provide a simplified example here. Lets assume that I have a following table (also file attached): If I open now the Split-platform (Table -> Split) and give inputs as follow: I would expect to get following outcome: But I am getting the following output: If ...
Hi all, I've just attended a great webinar call "Design experiments to be robust to input variation" & learn about new JMP tool call Design space profiler to setting spec limit for my factors. But when I try with my JMP. There is no option like that in my software. Do you know why & how can I use this? I'm using JMP 16.2 Thank you all
Hello, I have both data of interval censored data and (real) end of life data. For example, some sample died between 1000 and 1100 cycle, which is interval censored data with 100 cycle interval. (i.e., Dataset A)For the other samples, since I've improved measurement method, I can get a exact life cycle of the sample, such as 1034th cycle. (i.e., Dataset B) In this case, is it possible to plot life...

Just wondering if anyone has made a plugin for notepad ++ that will allow using notepad++ as the editor. I like JMPs builtin but there are a slew of features in n++ that would be useful to be able to use. Plus the ability to use multiple languages is nice.
I changed the fill patterns in some bars (belongs to an overlay categorical group) but it is not updated in the legends. Cant believe such a trivial problem turns out to be a nightmare. Any thought?
I have fit a Mixed Model via the Fit Model platform in JMP Pro. When opening up the 'Prediction Profiler', and inspecting the Profiler itself, I can see the as expected predicted response and its as expected confidence interval in [], which reflects the variation due to the Random Effects I have fit. However, when I run the 'Simulator' with equal experimental variables as above, and after adding ...

Hi,when I generate images within a project the window size attribute is ignored (the plot is always maximized). How do I prevent this to define a specific image size, esp. when the plots are saved? Best regards,Ole @martindemel
Dear members of the forum, I have just came across this issue during an attempt to install JMP 17 trial version on a windows server. Any ideas? Edit: I contacted JMP support and they confirm that the trial version will not work on windows server.
Currently I developed a windows application based on Interop.JMP.dll. The application contains a functionality to generate JSL file and run it in JMP but I got a issue now. It seems can only create a new session and run it by application instead of using the session that user opened first. I'd like to confirm whether it's possible to run JSL in the session by user opened manually. Appreciate it if...
