For loop not working as intended

Why graph builder Line chart no connection for missing value not work?

I have a points and line chart below. the pink line in the middle graph is not supposed to connect as the selection is no connection for missing value, other color lines in the middle chart did not connect and bottom chart the pink line is not connected. I have hard time to figure out why.

I am trying to duplicate, in jmp, extracting the week from a date column that I pull in Excel with the following formula, =TEXT(A2,"YYYY")&"-"&TEXT(WEEKNUM(A2,2),"00"). The resulting week is in yyyy-ww format with a two digit week.
