  • "the property RunsPerBlock is not set for a blocking factor"

JMP 17.2.0The issue with DOE is as follows:Screening design with 3 continuous, 1 categorical and 2 blocking factorsThe Custom design module rejects the blocking factors and reports: "the property RunsPerBlock is not set for a blocking factor. Skipping this factor"I can define the blocking factors as categorical but that seems to defeat the purpose of “blocking”What is the recommended approach?

  • How to let user choose multiple columns for graph builder

Hi, I'm just getting started in JSL coding, I am trying to create a script that can take user input (selection of y columns) and plot them in the graph builder. As of right now only the first Y column can be changed based on user's selection but the other 3 remains hard coded. How can I modify the code so that the graph builder will take multiple input selections and don't expect a fixed number of...

  • Set Frame Size for multiple charts

My current script gives me multiple charts by the different product's. Which is what I'm looking for.Now I'd like to make all those charts have the same frame size. I'm finding that I have to be specific when I use dispatch and have to write every single outline name. The issue with that is that there will be different products every time I run it and I'd prefer not to have to go in and change the ...

  • JMP does not show on Microsoft Excel

I just downloaded the JMP 14 but JMP does not show up on my microsoft excel as it should. As a result, I have to upload my data from excel by going to File --->open ---> upload my excel file ---> Import. How can I get that short cut to have the JMP showing up on excel so I can simply copy my excel data and paste it onto a new window in JMP?

Hi. I want to analyze how well two biomarkers work together in the detection of diseased from healthy and compare the combination to the single markers.
