  • Sorting in Tabulate platform

Hi, I think I know the answer (not possible), but just in case... Is there an easy way to sort a summary table (made with Tabulate) according to a certain column (already in the table)? I know I can turn the report into a new data table (Make Into Data Table) and sort it there, but then you loose the interactivity ... Not looking for scripting solutions ... And any plans to get this into a future ...

  • How could I acheive a column scroll lock in a table box created by dt << get as report?

I use "<< get as report" to insert tabular content into my custom reports. Sometimes, this content is scrollable in the report. I'm curious how I might achieve a "scroll lock" behavior in the report. It isn't preserved when I do "<< lock(1)" to a column in the original table.

  • How to find the best model for my nominal variable

Hello, I have a nominal response variable which can have two states 1 and 0 and 6 input variables (numeric, continuous). How can I find the best model to predict my response variable? This is probably a very broad question but I would like to understand the process of getting and building the best model for my response variable. So some of the questions I have are the following:1.) How do I know i...

  • Subsetting a data table into several data tables by column value

Dear Community,I want to split my data table into several smaller data tables that contain only the rows where a column has a certain value. This I want to do for all unique values of the column. With the example of the Big Class data: I want to generate two data tables in which one has only the rows where sex= F and the other the rows where sex = M. They have to be two separate data tables. With ...

  • DOE design to specifically study variance (or std dev)

Dear JMP Community,   Hoping to hear some thoughts regarding a DOE design targeted at examining standard deviations of a test method.   My colleagues have a test that they perform on a product we make and are wanting to see if they can change parts of the test methodology in order to reduce standard deviations. I'm not aware of a specific DOE platform in JMP that is designed to do this, so we ende...
