How many center points to add in a design?

I understand we add center points to designs to test for curvature in design. Does adding more than 1 center point to design helps with better estimation?

capability analysis using control chart builder

I got machine in lab for which I have set limits and I am trying to find out what is the probability of failing in the the future or if I'll get readings out of spec. First I used control chart builder and then did capability analysis and I got the following nonconformance table. Is this telling me that 2 out of 100 reading will be out of spec? What is expected within %?

Graph Builder composite graphs

In Graph Builder, I would like to create a composite graph consisting of four panes in a 2x2 arrangment. I'd like each of the panes to have a different y-axis, whereas both have the same x-scale. I want to create a script that asks the user for character and numerical input, which is then saved in a skeleton table and referenced by another table which uses that values for calculations - Please.
