Selecting Number of Clusters in Hierarchical Clustering

One way to select possible number of clusters in hierarchical methods is to identify the relatively large changes in distance as number of clusters change (see table below). Oracle ODBC Error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

I am receiving this error when using the Database Open Table dialog in JMP Pro 9.0.3 64bit. Hi- I'm using JMP 14, and I am trying to create a number of different scatter plots from a large data set, in which I will have multiple data "series" (to use Excel terminology) within each plot.
