How to perform Linear Mixed Effects Model in JMP?

I want to know whether there is statistically significant difference of one Lab value between males vs. females. The lab value was taken at three different points for males and females. The time points are Baseline, T1, and T2. In JMP, when I opted for Fit Model, What to include in the Y-response variable? Do I Include all the three time points of the lab value collected in the Y ? Shall I select the Generalized Linear Mixed Model as personality? What data to include in the random effects and fixed effects information?

Hi,

Briefly, you enter the column with your measure as Y, the time point and Gender as effects, and run the model as Standard Least Square.

You may want to include an interaction term (GENDER x Time Point) by using the Cross option.
