Order of input columns affects results in Neural platform

I am working on a group project for class and once one member put the columns in our file in a different order, their Neural Net model is giving much worse test misclassification results from 16% to 18%. Why would this be happening?

Using Graph or GraphBox - How to change X,Y axis increment & Reverse axis

Hello,I am trying to use the Graph function but am unsuccessful in making X-axis incremements of 1 and Reversing Y-axis order. I tried swapping the numbers in the Y Scale properties but no luck. Only way to change is to physically change graph manually. Still unable to figure this out using JSL. Any help is appreciated! Here is a snippet of my code New Window( "Map",

Scripting display box widths: OutlineBox & GraphBox

I scripted a simple 2x2 scorecard (see attached JSL): When I saved the journal to PDF and printed it, the display boxes had different widths:OutlineBox - 3"GraphBox - 2.88"Is there a way to make the display boxes all the same width (e.g., 3") ?

How do I auto-calculate precision and F1 score for models on imbalanced data?

I like that JMP's prints a confusion matrix and ROC for the logistic (Generalized) regression, but some important metrics seem to be missing from the results: precision and F1 score. Is there a way to auto-include these in the output? Or, have it be computed as "automatically" as possible when I re-run a new classificaiton model. I am trying to avoid manually recomputing these with each new model....

Hi,I have 2 clustering chooses as mentionned below,- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = 69.99 (OPTIMAL)- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = -92.87- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = -112.8 The first one with CCC = 69.99 is mentionned as the best optimal.
