    I often find myself running into issues in scripts with "n items()".  And I often see this error: "N Items() argument must be a list"In one script, due to the robustness of my data, what I feed into nitems can sometimes be a matrix, number, or character.     I am building a model using the Life Distribution tool and get a nice plot that shows my failures.  Other tools I've used will allow me to plot my censored data, or suspensions, on top of this plot, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it in JMP.  Has anyone figured out how to add the censored data in?  Using JSL to do this would be perfectly acceptable too, if anyone knows how to add this in...

  • find first element with condition in a column

    Hi, I have a data with 2 columns: group and score, and I want to calculate the 3rd column called first, which returns the "first score by group that is not 10000000000. so in this sample data, group a = 0, group b =53. and since group c only contains 10000000000, nothing shows up for it.Could someone help me with a jmp formula for this column but not jsl?
