  • Check for multicollinearity in Ordinal logistic regression

Hello everyone! I’m running a nominal logistic Reg Model (JMP v13) which has 8 independent variables. I am concerned about collinearity and confounding. How can I check the existence of these two issues? Can you evaluate multi-collinearity with Variation inflation factor in JMP? (kindly, how?) Thanks.

Good day JMP community, hope you can help me to solve this concern. We need to show performance in terms of rework rate of a series of defects by tool/day, due to different allocation of tools some period of time, not all tools are utilized the same days, thus charts are giving me different X axis (:DATE INSP).Attached is a sample raw data, then also attached script for my approach.First chart crea...

Hi,I have the following problem: a) I am generating a table (call it table dt) with mutiple columns. However I am interested to only look at  specific pattern (say - "ABC@XYZ") in the col names along with two other columns (say - "LCOL", "WCOL"). I am generating that table. ( Calling that table dtB)Nextb) I use the table dtB, pulls its column and use a for loop to generate a summary table for each...

I want to use XPath expressions to pull out values from them, by appending columns that contain formulas that make use of the XPath Query() function. Some of my documents have XML-namespace qualified element names. For example, one might look like this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <synopsis xmlns="http://www.cap.org/...
