How to output probability value from Life Distribution?
Hi, I did some reliability fitting by Life Distribution in Reliability and Survival, and I would like to output probability value from Life Distribution. Anyone knows?
Find courses, tutorials, and lots of other methods of learning JMP.

Is there a way to process raw audio files with or without metadata? Having a microphone installed to detect noise is a cheap way to protect equipment and personnel from damage. However, it would be much more efficient if the sound is classified (as being false alarm, object loose etc). Can a model be trained in JMP for that purpose?
When I clicked Fit Model, "model 1" popped up, including "Random Block & Random" as a factor, which means "Random Block" is a Random rather than Fixed Effect. However, When I run "model 2" with just "Random Block" as a factor, everything becomes less efficient. Which is more correct and why? Also, I'm used to the Model 2 output, in which I can click on Scaled Estimates. And I was taught at a JMP t...
Hi All, I would like to make a script for reliability estimation. One of my tasks is to evaluate the estimated quantile/probability. In these expressions (please see the code below), if I list all the categories explicitly using list, such as {0, 1, 2, 3}, the expression works fine. However, if I use the variable for the list, then use the variable instead of explicitly writing the list in the cod...
Hello,I'm using JMPpro for reliability data analysis.I understand that "fit life by X" tool can be used for ALT data analysis and the "relationship" seems to show an accelerated test condition-lifetime relationship(Arrhenius, Linear etc.). What is "Location" and "no effect"? JMP help document says: Location means that μ is different for every level of XDoes this mean that it is used when there is ...

OK, have I got a question for y'all! I'm teaching survival analysis and looking at Proportional Hazards Fit and Risk Ratios. In JMP 15 I'm getting a Prob>Chisq of <.0001 for my risk ratios (yes, it's an odd dataset where the differences in survival are rather large) with understandable 95% confidence limits. I've assumed this is testing the Ho that the risk ratio is not significantly different ...

Hello, I am trying to do a matched sample analysis across three different factors. I wanted to:1. Confirm that my sample would be what I pick for 'Block" when I do Fit Y by X when running Friedman's test2. Is there a post hoc analysis in JMP that I can use? I dont see Nemenyi or Conover as an optionThanks for your time.
this isn't a JMP question per se, but a reliability/survival statistics question ... see my post on Cross Validatedthanks in advance! :)https://stats.stackexchange.com/questions/483556/order-statistic-maximum-for-subpopulation-weibull-distribution
