Multiple comparison test for qualitative variable
Hello everybody, I would like to know if it exists an equivalent of the Tukey's test but for a qualitative response (i.e . after running a nominal or ordinal logistic regression). Thanks

Hi I think there is a "Make Validation Column" function in JMP pro but I am wondering how to make a validation column (with 25% training and 75% validation) using JSL in regular JMP? Any help is appreciated.
I have dose response data for two different treatment groups (see table below), and want to compare the dose response curves. I have run the analysis in the screenshot below, and the effects test shows that both dose and the treatment (Tx) are significant factors. What statistical test is JMP using to do the comparison shown under Effects Tests? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For some dumb reason I was thinking that Target Index normalized on the Spec window, and I'm realizing now that it normalizes on the within sigma, which is a problem as I have a lot of mathematically significant signals that aren't practically significant. So, couple quick questions. If you provide a specified sigma will the Target Index use that instead of within? That will at least standard...
In standard least squares regression how do I ask for the expanded parameter estimates to include the last level? I know there is a way to do it but can't figure out how.

Hi, I am using Generalized Regression model to perform analysis in my data, with Binomial as response distribution (because my response values - ErrorAT - are either 0 or 1). I am using Lasso as the estimation method. I opted to used generalized regression due to the large correlation among some factors. I have a quick question related to this model: one of the main factors (seedAT) was removed f...
hi, does anyone know how to compare two multiple regression?i have two years data, so each year I will make a multiple regression using the same independent and dependent variable just different 2 years. how I can compare these two
Dear JMP Community, (W10, 64-bit, JMP Pro 15.2.1) I am running a model to assess the active predictors. I am doing this by using the Autovalidation add-in to generate a Null Factor for my data. I then use the GenReg platform to find estimates for each possible X-factor and then Bootstrap those estimates to get a better assessment of the contributions to the response. I came across a very stran...
