Recode Genotypes

JMP Genomics had a workflow to recode genotypes (matrix - samples in rows, markers in columns), from nucleotide (A,T,C,G) to numeric (major allele = 0, minor allele = 1, hets =2). Hello, I am trying to add LL and UL lines to each label group of the GB plots. Hello!For example, using large class data:
Compare the height column and the weight column to see which column fits the sinusoidal distribution better.
