  • Curve DoE - defect rate issue?

    Hi All I’ve just started using Curve DoE function and have came across the following challenge:The defect rate is ~70% - not sure how does this relate to the entire curve? Or just a selected point on the curve? Also, I need max desirability on all response values across the curve concertation range hence the desirability curve is flat – not sure though if that’s OK? Could you comment pls?

    Is there a trick to set up more complex data base queries via the Query Builder GUI?e.g. - more complicated structure than just 1 primary data table, joined with several secondary data tables - on one level.- use calculated / aggregated values instead of already existing entries as matches to join "on".

  • Is there a quick way to transform column data type?

    I have a question for help, thanks.
    There is a table with more than 1200 columns, since many data values starting with “i”, there are about 900 columns, so I need to convert the column format from character to numeric, but with a for loop, it's too slow, is there a fast way?

  • Load an OASIS (.oasis) Chip Layout File in JMP?

    I have a .oasis file that contains layout data for a semiconductor die layout. Is it possible to load this file and view the layout in jmp 18? Similar to a Map file? Would then want to overlay defect location data on top of the die layout diagram.
