Y Axis Format (2)

Thank You for this: https://community.jmp.com/t5/Discussions/Y-Axis-Format/m-p/214121#M42807

And how to COMPLETELY(!) erase numbers from the Y-axis?
Multiplying by 0 (Custom => value * 0) does not help (see picture).
I don't need a label on the Y-axis at all!

Re: Y Axis Format (2)

Once you have interactively built the graph you want, double click on an axis. The resulting dialog should allow you to get things as you want. For example (and using Graph Builder), these settings:

Screen Shot 2019-06-28 at 14.32.28.png

give this:

Screen Shot 2019-06-28 at 14.33.00.png

If you want to get rid of the text that says "height" too, just click on it, press backspace and then return.

Re: Y Axis Format (2)

You can completly delete the axis:

noaxis.PNG

names default to here(1);
dt=open("$SAMPLE_DATA/big class.jmp");

biv = Bivariate( Y( :height ), X( :weight ) );

report(biv)[AxisBox(1)]<<delete;
