Solution

Currently, time-varying covariates are not supported in JMP.  I have passed this on to development as a suggested enhancement.  If you have access to SAS, PROC PHREG can handle time-varying covariates.

Quality and Reliability Method manual, (ver 9.0): "Time-varying covariates are not supported." (p.125) This is very annoying. I could do this in SPSS and Stata but I can't do it in JMP. They have included so many obscure new tests in JMP, but they didn't implement this simple but crucial test. I guess you can also use Daddy SAS.
Please include this in the next 9.0.2 update. Pleaseeeeee.
