Can you be more specific about what you want?  I don't understand what a "motion-enabled dynamic bar or line chart" is.

Regards,

Peter

I mean can we create bar graph something similar to motion-enabled bubble chart, which changes dynamically over time?

You can open a Data Filter window and turn on animation for a motion effect.  For example:

Run Graph Builder on Big Class.  Plot Height and Weight on the Y axis, Sex on the X axis.  Right click inside the graph and select Points > Change to > Bar.  In the Big Class dataset, select Rows > Data Filter.  Click on Age and then Add.  Uncheck the data filter checkbox for Select, and check the box for Include.  Click on the little red triangle next to the words Data Filter and select Animation.  Click the Play button to see the bar graph change with age.
