Paul joined the JMP Division in April of 2003. Hired to complete the development of JMP 5.1
For Linux. Since that time Paul has worked on a variety of projects within JMP.
Responsible for JMP v5.1 through v8 on Linux. He made the initial port of JMP to 64-bits which
forms the basis of the JMP Pro product. He developed the Excel Add-in for JMP, and
is one of the key contributors to the JMP’s iPad offering ‘Graph Builder.’
Currently working on the JMP’s internet activation system, Python support, and OpenGL. Prior
to coming to SAS, Paul has worked as a developer in the Defense, Automotive and
Insurance Industries. Born in Michigan, Paul has a Bachelors
Degree in Computer Science and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from
Michigan State University. Paul along with his wife and daughter live in Cary. In his spare time, Paul enjoys family trips,
woodworking, metalworking, ice hockey, waterskiing and golf.
