Yes. Although the personality will change to logistic regression instead of least squares regression

Thanks for your answer.

My problem is actually that I have a split plot analysis, and when I put my whole-plot variable as a random effect in the "model effect" part, the logistic regression is inactive in the drop down menu?

who could I have a logistic regressing with split-plot analysis?

As far as I'm aware JMP wont allow you to put a random effect into a logistic regression
