Hi, Please could I get some help understanding power analysis? I have 2 treatments with 6 pen replicates. I have ran an ANOVA which has showed the P value of 0.1, SEM= 0.011. Default color for connected means lines

In variability gauge charts, the connected means lines default to a blue color. Is there any ways to make the default color black? I've looked through the Preferences window, and I'm only able to find how to do this in Fit Y by X graphs.

How to compare significance of different between 2 linear lines

Calculating Day 1 Baseline

Hi I have a Result for Day 1 for some subjects.
