What is the difference when using response screening vs. T test ?

Hi all, Recently I am looking into the significance of tests for two group of conditions across >2k tests.Need some advice --> what would be a better way to do so: to use the response screening platform or do a script to get the T ratio & Pvalues from the Oneway platform ? Is there a difference between both ? Thank you..

Can you generate a letters report after conducting the Steel-Dwass nonparameteric comparison?

If you run a similar test like Tukey's JMP generates a "connecting letters report." However our data is non-normal and the variances are heterogeneous so we needed to use the Kruskal-Wallis test to examine variance and then used Steel-Dwass to compare means for all pairs of treatments. How can we get a similar letters report after doing this analysis?Thanks,Zach

Is there a way to add custom ordering to a column of continuous numbers? I have a column that stores the start time for a given work order. Why graph builder Line chart no connection for missing value not work?

I have a points and line chart below. the pink line in the middle graph is not supposed to connect as the selection is no connection for missing value, other color lines in the middle chart did not connect and bottom chart the pink line is not connected. I have hard time to figure out why.
