Alternate row shading colors
I have alternate row shading set to 1 in my script and the rows in my data tables are coloured in shades of greys, I would like to change the colors used, to two shades of blue. What is the best way to code this in jsl.

I'd like to add a dynamic Tree (Tree Node) object to a dialog in my Application Builder project. There is no container (Tree Box) available to drop into the dialog. Is there a way to add the Tree Box container after the dialog is built through scripting or some other container? Thank you,Dave
Hello, I am currenly using the Stability Test within the Degredation Data Analysis platform to estimate shelf-life of a pharmaceutical product and had a question about the assumptions of the analysis. I'm currently analyzing data for 10 batches of product with data points for some batches available through 18 months. When I run the analysis, the best model is identified as different intercepts an...
JMP is over estimating the STDEV. In R/Excel this number is less than the mean. Why is JMP calculating these over estimations?
Hello JMP community, I am currently running into some issues understanding the detailed comparison reports JMP provides. Specifically, can someone explain the significance of the colors and the red line that appears? Thanks in advance.

I am doing road-map of using DoE here in our department. Here are my thoughts. Please correct me if I am wrong. Step 1. Identify if the factors are continuous and 2-level categorical. Then use DSD because identifies main effects and second order effects. Quadratic effects are orthogonal to main effects and not completely confounded with two-factor interactions. A quadratic effect might be correl...
I have measurements of an attribute at initial, 2hr, 4hr, 6hr. I want to drop the 4hr measurements because it does not add much value to the business application. The measurements exhibit a negative slope from initial to final... What technique or rationale might I use to justify eliminating the 4hr measurement? [I was thinking along the lines of Information Gain, but I admit I don't know much ab...

Recently switched from JMP15 for Mac to JMP16 for Mac. I was surprised to see the column switcher button removed as an option in an analysis/plot window. It used to reside up top next to the local data filter button (see black circle). The option to customize it back is also missing and has been replaced by a 'properties' button. This may also prove useful but I'm new to it. To get the colum...
Hi,when I generate a summary table with the option "link to original data table" (selected by default), the two tables are linked:By selecting a row in the summary table the corresponding rows in the original table are selected.Cool.This also works for selections in Graphs and Dashboards.Very cool! Now my problem:After saving both tables to a project file, (precisely: after close & re-open the pro...
Hello. I am trying to use the EMP tool to help set guardbands to my test limits based on my gauge R and R data from a final test machine.I used 10 devices and measured these devices 5 times each, across 5 different test sites on the machine.I need to know how much to guardband my Upper and Lower specs. I am having trouble understanding how to apply the data in the EMP report. I feel like this is a...
Hi JMP community, (JMP Pro 16.0.0) I'm hoping to find out if there is a way to include lower bounds to simulated data in the Profiler platform. I have several predictors going into a model, but few data points to fit. So, in order to generate simulated ("synthetic") data, I use the Prediction Profiler platform along with the multivariate correlation structure of the data to generate thousands ...
