    No question, just for documentation. Perhaps somebody else faced/faces a similar problem. If the embedded log is enabled for a script window, error messages don't show up in the "official" log window.They are sent to the embedded log at the bottom of the script edit window.   • Turn off box plot in variability chart using JSL

    Hi All,  Does anyone know why the following script failed to turn off the box plot and cell mean? I copy this script after I manually created the variability plot. However, if I run the script, the box plot and cell mean are not turn off.   • Change marker size and frame size of multiple variability plot

    Hi All,  Is there an easy way to use the "sendtoreport" and "dispatch" functions to change the frame size and marker size of the :height and :weight  variability charts? Below is an example using Big Class.jmp. I couldn't find a way to change the marker size and frame size to work in both variability charts. Not sure if there's an easy way without having to use the for loop.  Thanks, rex Open( "$S...

    I am aiming to compute a Two way Shapley decomposition for this mockedup data table. Herefore I first have to identify the growth and distribution components and to which percentage they account for the change in the EQ-5D-5L score. Further I aim to investigate the contribution of each individual predictor to the final EQ-5D-5L score.

  • how I can add standard deviation of two repeats in the fitted curve

    I am trying to build a growth curve based on two repeats I created the graph using graph builder and when I tried to analyze the graph to do curve fitting using Gompertz model it separates the two repeat again instead of the mean and I can not add the standard deviation to each data point how I can fix that?
