Student with issue accessing the software

Hello to anyone who can help me, I teach a class that uses SAS JMP 18. One of my students is receiving the following error message when trying to start the software: The student is located within the United States. Any ideas on what could be causing this or a way to correct this? Any help appreciated. Thank you.

I work with relatively big tables, like 1000+ rows. I should probably figure out databases at some point, but for now, JMP tables are what I'm doing. Because of this, I have groups of columns that are placed adjacent to each other. When scrolling through, sometimes I can't keep everything in my head, and having visually present spacers would be extremely helpful from a sanity point of view. Does J...
