Student with issue accessing the software

Hello to anyone who can help me,

 

I teach a class that uses SAS JMP 18. One of my students is receiving the following error message when trying to start the software:

The student is located within the United States. Any ideas on what could be causing this or a way to correct this?

 

Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Everyone creating a My JMP ID is subject to screening for applicable export restrictions regardless of country. This is a part of our process for ensuring we stay compliant with US Government regulations. The message the user receives directs them to complete a form which they will find when they select "request a review." Please direct your student, or anyone who receive this message, to complete the form.
