Prediction profiler with mixture factors

Hi

I am wondering how does Prediction Profiler work when having multiple mixture factors included? When you slide one factor, how are other adjusted?

Is there a way to include some special rules, such as if you decrease certain mixture factor, then due to some cost (or other) limitations you want to force JMP to first try to increase a particular mixture factor, not necessarily equally distribute th...

Scraping and accessing data on Redfin directly from JMP

Hello All - In one of the JMP seminars I came across the instructor demonstrating how to download housing price and related data from Red-fin website for analysis. The instructor used "internet open --> webpage" to access the data for analysis. Can someone share how we can do that? This is for academic purpose. Thanks!JMP Pro 17.0.0 (622753)

Sixth data extraction

Let say I have data "12345278" and "12345078" and would like to extract out the sixth, any formula I can use?
Coz if use Right(data,3), then the data will be "278" or "078"For every sequence have to be extracted out in diff column, so it might be quite inconvenient to use like this: Left(Right(data,3),1) Any suggested method to do this?

Is it by design that header summary graphs aren't affected by column properties such as Missing Value Codes and Value Labels?

Is this by design that Column properties don't seem to affect header summary graphs? Here I have set Missing Value Code to "M" and Value Label to F = "Female" and you can see difference between the header summary graphs and distribution plot:

Replacing NAs with Randomly generated numbers

Hi, I'm very new to JMP and I am working with a dataset of measured element concentrations that have a few non-detects labelled as "ND" scattered throughout the dataset. I have been instructed to replace all of the ND's with a value randomly drawn from a uniform distribution
between 0 and the daily limit of detection (LOD) by a two-point calibration. I have the values for the various LODs for each...

How to get y-axis labels from multiple Y charts and change only specific labels?

In a multiple y plot, how can I get the plotted y-axis labels/tiles (e.g. say get AAA, BBB, CCC, DDD and FFF as a list) and change some specific ones (post plotting), say BBB and DDD to BBB1 and DDD1 respectively and replot (closing the old)?

Dendrograms in JMP: show scale, show categories without the categories dendrogram and setup UPGMA+dice as statistics.

HiDoes anybody know how to get the scale of the dendrograms? Scale can be setup in different ways, but it is not shown by default in the output.Does anybody know how to get the categories labels shown without performing the categories dendrogram?Does anybody know how to perform Dice+UPGMA dendrograms?
