  • Zero on log scale y-axis?

I applied overlay plot in JMP. My data ranges from 0 to 15990. I tried to plot my y-axis in log scale (not log-transform my data). Is there any way to set the minimum value of y-axis as zero? Thank you.

  • Line connecting points through different groups in Graph Builder

Hi all,I am having some trouble with my scatter plot on Graph builder. I am looking at a variable evolving with time, with several times on different days. I study that variable for three different treatments applied. I am just at the step where I want an overview of my data, so I'm looking essentially at the trends. In one treatment there are different individuals (identified with different color...

  • Can you plot an average of multiple scatterplots and make into a table?

HI New user to JMP here.  I have a question regarding how to average multiple scatteprlots and plot the resultant average and make a table out of the data.  For exampleI have 3 scatterplots all ranging 15000-35000 (integer value only) in X and the response for of three different machines in Y.  I would like to take the average response for each discrete point and plot that and also save the result...

  • Problem using Graph Builder with Data Filter

Graph Builder works succussfully with the Data Filter adjusteing the plotted points properly when the Data Filter slider is moved. Also, the values of the statistics using the Caption Box adjust with the Data Filter slider as expected. So far, so good. Then I wanted to plot the mean of a column using 'Customize' and 'Y Function'. The following is the extracted script:Add Graphics Script(  3,  Desc...

  • Co-Kriging with JMP and Matlab

Hi!I was wondering if anyone already tried to work with Co-Kriging, using JMP together with Matlab. As JMP only fits Ordinary Kriging Models (Gaussian Process with Gaussian Correlation Function), I would like to send data (generated with Space Filling JMP Platform) from JMP to Matlab, fit the models there (Matlab), and bring the MODELS back to JMP, to use inside Profile Platform. Do you have any e...

  • Generalized Segmented Distributions

A former classmate of mine from Graduate School has recently published a paper on Generalized Segmented Distributions.  Utilizing this method, the distribution can approach any continuous density function of arbitrary form.  The method is particularly effective in fitting data with sufficient observations that are skewed and/or multimodal.  The paper can be found here:The General Segmented Distrib...
