  • Competing risk in multivariable Cox regression model

Does JMP have this capability to calculate competing risk for a multivariable Cox regression model? Such as the Fine-Gray hazard model? I found a potential method using the fit parametric survival that allows for competing causes but I don't see where to generate hazard ratios, but I'm also not sure if this is the correct test to begin with. Thank you

  • Missing Data Source in .jmpquery file

I have a working SQL query using the New SQL Query () function. When I first open this with JMP is works perfectly, however when I try to "Update Database" or "Modify Query", neither work. I've noticed it is because the Connection () function appears to disappear after first use which is unusual. This problem has only just occurred after 3 or 4 days, as it was fine before this and I could update t...

  • Structural equation models: how to handle confounding variables

As someone new to SAS JMP structural equation modeling (SEM), I am seeking advice on how to properly address confounding variables in my SEM analyses.  I could not find appropriate guidelines about how control for these confounding variables in the current literature.   I would appreciate any suggestions that can ensure that confounding variables are properly accounted for. Thank you in advance!

  • Split plot DoE (limiting number of trial runs per day)

    Hello everyone,

New case:3 variables (factors) Factor 1 (Continuous) = 0 - 225Factor 2 (Continuous) = 0 - 10Factor 3 (Discrete - 2 level) = 60 and 90 (process step) Factor 3 can be considered as a final processing step for the mixture of the first 2 factors. So as an example: Factor 1 (225) combined with Factor 2 (10) - this batch would ideally be treated both at 60 and 90 the same day. The limiti...

  • Interpreting Pairwise Tukey HSD t ratio in Zero-Inflated Poisson

The context of my data is from an e-commerce website. I am measuring the number of errors made based on different independent variables: Filtering technique (Alphabetical, Relevance and Search) and Number of Items added (Add one at a time, or add multiple items to cart at once). As the number of errors made is 0 most of the time, I have opted to use the Zero Inflated Poisson Regression. When I per...
