  Hi!
  
  I'm looking for a way to distinguish the within-subjects variance from the between-subjects variance!
  My data table looks like this:

• Calculating average of zonal data in contour map

  Hi Guys,
  
  I have this contour map which is divided into several square zones (4x4). I wanted to calculate the average of all the data points in all the zones (e.g. say Average of Z1 = , Average of Z2 = , )on the contour map. The number of points in a zone varies at the edge of the circular countor map.

• Plotting time series data in JMP

  I find the bubble plot time variable capability a wonderful tool to demonstrate to managers how product sales change over time. I now have a need for a stacked bar chart where the x variables are static, character variables, say apples, oranges, grapes. • JSL: How do I Group Columns with JSL?

  Hello community:
  
  One can group columns by selecting them in the columns window and choosing "Group columns" in the context menu. Is there a JSL statement doing the same thing? I found nothing in the operators index or scripting guide.

• Exclude selected rows

  OK, I know this is simple, but I can't work out how to do it.
  
  What is the JSL script for excluding rows that are selected?
  
  Currently, I am excluding rows by creating an additional column called IgnoreRow, with a value of 1 for rows to be excluded and 0 for all other rows (this calculation is based on the contents of other columns). I then use:
