How can you change the color of one single bin of a histogram?

Can the colors of histogram bins/bars be independently controlled? I am able to change the color of the entire histogram, but I can't find an option to change the color of selected bars.

How can I save and reuse a collection of clicks for faster processing?

I see save session script but it seems to save everything starting from the beginning. Is there a way to save only part of the session having a set of consecutive clicks which can be rerun for similar other files?

Is it possible to create custom boundaries in a contour plot and extrapolate the responses to the edge?

I am attempting to plot responses in X/Y coordinate field. The real field should be a perfect circle, but I only measure the responses at a 28 points at random locations in the field. Is there a way to set the boundaries of the field as the circle (even though no responses are actually measured on the very edge) and to extrapolate the contours to this defined boundary?
