  • column values dependent on another column

    Hi, I have two columns, and I hope the values of column 2 will depend on column 1 through a kind of Boolean control.For example, I need the column 2 below to be automatically filled:if Column 1>0, then Column 2 in the same row becomes filled with 3.if Column 1<0, then Column 2 in the same row becomes filled with 0.   Thanks a lot!

  • Accepted file types

    I’m attempting to download a dataset from the following link: https://www.icpsr.umich.edu/icpsrweb/ICPSR/studies/34933?q=&paging.rows=25&sortBy=10    The only file types it allows is the folling: SAS, SPSS, Stata, R, ASCII, Delimited.   Can you help me understand which file type I should choose?

  • Overlay Issue when plotting multiple variables in Graph Builder

    Hi all, I have actually a big issue with overlay function in Graph Builder. In fact, My variable used for Overlay function has only one level but Graph Builder somehow creates different colors for only one level as you can  see in the attached image.   • Reset row colors and markers by script

    Hi,I am using JMP 12.2. Pro.How can I reset all row colors to default (black)and all row markers as well.Actually, I need to cancel the colors and markers of Legend I've made.Another question - after choosing another column for legend, how can I delete StringColBox of the previous Legend?All the actions I would like to run in JSL. Thanks,Tom.

  • Running script from command line on MAC

    Not a mac person.  Does anyone know how to run a jsl script from command line on a mac?  I specifically mean WITHOUT "//!" at the top of it.     I have this but it only opens the file unless I have the "//!" open -g -W -a /Applications/JMP\ Pro\ 15.app/ $(pwd)/myscript.jsl

    Hello,  So I've written a JMP UI, and once I gather data from the user I have a button that dumps the form data to a CSV.Now I need to launch my python script and other .exe  (as an administrator), my python scripts pick up the user input from the CSV and perform the next steps.Right now it's a .py but I may need to run it through py2exe and compile it into an exe later so a solution that supports...
