  • Ratios in JMP

Hello, I would like to question what is the best way to insert ratios in JMP. It seems to me that 52:48 and 53:47 and so on doesn't quite work for conclusive data analysis... The purpose is to use them for correlation coefficient calculations.   Thank you in advance!Helena

  • JSL to create swimmer plot or spider plot

Hi all, I am currently using JMP Pro 14.3, but can't make a swimmer plot by graph builder. I saw this post before, but it seems like the plot can be generated automatically. Is there any way to create a swimmer plot or spider plot through JMP graph builder or JSL? Thanks! JMP Pro

  • Indicator Function Parameterization Help!

From what I can tell the Indicator Function Parameterization output is for when you have categorical predictors in your model.  I actually never even knew about this output window until recently, and in my regression analyses have always simply used the p values and coefficients from the main parameter estimate window. I recently conducted a model that contained 1 continuous IV, and 2 binary IVs a...

  • alternative cut-off confusion matrix

I have used the alternative cut-off probability confusion matrix add-in many times.  Suddenly it is producing nonsensical results on some data sets.  I verified that it still works as expected on an old data set.  Attached is one of the recent data sets in which it does not appear to be working.  The target variable is Stroke and I have a Validation column and a number of prediction model probabil...
