  • Exploring sample size for one sample variance

    I have a variance I want to set as an upper bound, with a confidence of 90%. However when I try adjusting the variance, it does nothing to change the sample size. I see this issue for any confidence levels below 95%. It works as expected at 95% or above. I attached a screen shot to show that when I adjust the bound it

  • How can I get my graphing script to reference my row-wise control limits and add them automatically to my graph? WIP script included

    Hi there! I am working on creating a script that graphs a numerical value (X) against Tools (Y) that includes given upper and lower control limits in the data table that vary by subgroup, and will automatically include the limits on the graphs when the script is run.   • Why does Search & Replace not work for JMP19?

    Above is a picture of an attempt to Search for the beginning of the line of the 3 Column Names and Replace that with the prefix "Pre-" in JMP19.  it causes my computer to start calculating who-knows-what for more than 20 minutes, before I finally decided to kill it.  My computer heats up, the fan comes on and it sounds like it's in distress!  I have to do something similar to this almost every da...

  • Editing rows in a large data table

    I have a large data table and want to delete every other row. Is there a way to do this with one command or does one have to go through the table manually removing every other line? I attach a sample of the table and I wish to remove all the lines with 3651 under 'final' and 'max'.

  • Semiconductor Toolkit not displaying background maps

    Hi folks; I have downloaded the latest Semiconductor Toolkit from Marketplace for JMP 19. I tried to reproduce a set of wafer maps outlined in the tutorial by selecting a 300 mm map as a background map and using the example data set included with the toolkit. When I display my data, the background maps do not appear.  Instead, the heatmaps are all square maps. Has anybody else encountered this?

  • Need help with random errors on script start AFTER the previous run finished
